I bought £15 credit, topped up by calling the number. Decided to go on to the giffgaff website to purchase a £10 goodbag which was happy to take my £10 and in the process of applying this goodybag, Giffgaff took my remaining credit somehow also, while my goodybag was still pending. Now I don't see anything in my account (Goodybag wise) other than the payment history.
I'm not even able to "ask an agent" as the site won't display anything else apart from the dropdown option for the category. So in short, can an agent pick this up - apply the goodbag and return the credit taken wasted on your site?
I'm sure a lot of other users are suffering from the same service issues, so I want to scale these issues also.

Unfortunately there are currently delays with top-up and goodybag processing. Sit tight and the issue should
be resolved soon. As soon as the system is up and running again, your top-up/goodybag will be processed.
Dial *100# for credit balance or *100*7# for goodybag balance as this is often updated quicker than the website is.
