Hi i've done all the settings i can find on here in my APN and i still can't use internet or data, all i can do is text and phone, i'm on the galaxy s4 mini.
Can anyone help please?

A simple restart of the phone, By turning this off and then back on, Will usually resolve many issues that you maybe having. Also, It might be worth double checking that your APN settings are absolutely correct, Follow the info below
Firstly, Ensure that you do actually have an active goodybag or airtime credit available on your account.
From your handset:
Dial *100*7# to check your goodybag allowance
Dial *100# to check your remaining airtime credit balance
Check your dashboard page to ensure that your goodybag or airtime credit is still available and is showing on your giffgaff account on the following link. From here:

For your (Internet and MMS) to start working with your phone and to enable these services. You will first be required to install the giffgaff (APN) settings. Most new modern phone's will automatically do this for you when the sim has been installed. Other phone's will need to be configured manually by simply entering the Apn settings into the phone. Ensure that any WIFI connection has been turned off and your mobile packet data connection is enabled. (Depending on your phone. You might have to EDIT an (O2UK or O2 Pay & Go Apn) to Add giffgaffs settings)
To ADD the Apn settings:
- Goto 'Settings'
- More Networks (Wireless & Network/Connections)
- Mobile Networks
- Access Point Names
- Click onto the + (In the right top corner) to Add the New Apn. Ensure to Save and then Select the correct giffgaff Apn. The circle should then be highlighted with either a Green/Blue dot. Now turn your phone off and then back on. You should now see a Connection Symbol (2G/3G/4G) with two (Up and Down) little arrows appear on your phone's screen. This will indicate that your Internet is now working.

Easiest thing for your S4 Chrissy is to simply connect up to WiFi and download and install the giffgaff app from Google Play store from here:
This should enable to you update to the correct APN settings.
