No mobile data today. Am very disappointed

Good evening,

I am not happy with O2 service today. I haven't had mobile data for the entirely day. 

You haven't bother to contact me about this - a simple text could do it. I don't this is nice, does it?  

I am wondering, what you are going to do to compesate me. I am paying for your service which I haven't been able to use today.
