Hi,
Currently have no network signal and unable to make calls or send texts. Same for my boyfriend who is also on Giffgaff.
We're in the Cambridge area, any idea what's going on or when service will be restored?
Didn't see anything in service updates.
Thanks Smiley Happy

Try taking the battery and sim out of your phone for a couple of minutes and then restart your phone again.

Sounds like a network problem if you both have issues, All you can do is keep checking the o2 mast in your area for any problems http://bit.ly/ggservice
Updates on the hour

Hello @dangermaus & welcome to the giffgaff Community

The checker only gets updated once an hour so if your problem has just started, or you’re not sure how long it’s been happening, if it says all is good, keep trying for a while to see if it gets an update.

you should try a manual roam which will update your connection with the network. Click on this link to view how to do a manual roam http://is.gd/manualroam.

also give your phone reboot to see if that helps

Sounds like a local issue, try turning the phone off and on or putting the phone into airplane mode and out again, to see if it re registers.
