Since I topped up my Goody Bag on the 6th of April, I have not been able to make outgoing calls or connect to the internet.
I have incoming calls with out any problem and can connect to the giffgaff page.
I have check my account and can see the top up which says it is delivered.
I have tried all the suggestions in the community to fix the problem. But I have had no success.
Can you resend my Goody Bag.

perhaps your goodybag expires tonight at midnight, did you use up all of your minutes?
