No outgoing calls or internet since topup

Since I topped up my Goody Bag on the 6th of April, I have not been able to make outgoing calls or connect to the internet.


I have incoming calls with out any problem and can connect to the giffgaff page.


I have check my account and can see the top up  which says it is delivered.


I have tried all the suggestions in the community to fix the problem. But I have had no success.


Can you resend my Goody Bag.

perhaps your goodybag expires tonight at midnight, did you use up all of your minutes?

Please also dial *100*7# to check your remaining goodybag allowance if possible.

Agents can take upto 24 hours to reply but are normally quite quick.

And are you unable to send texts as well?
On your my giffgaff page
Can you see a live goodybag
Or has it now expired?

Did you activate your sim on the 6th April or have you purchased goodybags previously?

Text the word NUMBER to 2020
And text the word NAME to 43430
And compare the details received with the account you're logged into
Do the usernames differ?
