Not recieving free sim

I ordered a free sim, its been a week. Never turned up, I ordered another free sim, its been 4 days still not here? What the hell is going on? A family member ordered one and recieved it next day.

SIMs are shipped first class and and should take no more than 3 working days to arrive. Please check the address details are correct under your details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details if your address details are fine and it's been more than a week contact a giffgaff agent to investigate.

The address is correct another was delievered to a family member we ordered at the same time. They got theres, i didnt, i ordered again. Still no sim. Exact address
