Not used sim in about 10 months how do I get it working again?

Hi guys not used my giffgaff sim in a while and just put it in my phone says I have signal. Mygiffgaff pagessays I have £9.80 credit still. Anu idea9 how to get up and running again?

Does your number appear on your homepage (don't post it here)?

Technically,a sim deactivates after 6 months of no use.Try calling in/out.

Have you put the correct sim in your phone?
What does it say when you dial *100*7# and *100# ?

A sim and account is ment to deactevete after six month the only way to find out if you can get it working again is ask an agent http://giffgaff.com/support/ask

Your sim would have deactivated after 6 months because you haven't used it so I don't think you can do anything bur try getting in contact with a agent and see if they can help.
