Since my no has been transfer my phone is only giving me limited service pleas help

if your port was due to complete today. You may have to wait till 9:00pm

What phone do you have? Maybe it's not unlocked.

If it is try texting SETTINGS to 2020 can be used to request phone internet settings on many handsets

If you cannot get automatic settings via text then you could try entering your phone make and model followed by settings at and you may be lucky enough to find a step by step guide

for Android settings
for Blackberry settings
and for iPhone settings

other than that giffgaff is down for some users as thispost points out

it could be that you do not have the right settings or the porting wasn't fully successfull. 

Can you elaborate your problems. Is it text or internet?

Please accept a SOLUTION if you got your answer so we know you are sorted;D big

When did u set the transfer date as it takes up to 24 hours to fully complete

Porting will always take abit of time to go through and be fully completed, but you should get confirmation that it has been completed. If you never got that email or text, then PM an educator on here and ask them if they can look into it for you Smiley Happy

you may have been caught up in this during the port


pm the educator as it says on that link and get the sim reprovisioned, see if that fixes it
