Try to remove the sim card from your phone then replace it this will force your phone to reboot bk to the network and may fix your problem

Hey there,

All you need to do is manually select the different network and after few seconds select back to 02/giffgaff and turn off and on the phone and hopefully you'll be connected.
If still not connected then you need to check the network coverage from here: http://status.o2.co.uk by just entering the postcode of your area. If the mast is down or maintenance work going on then it could be the reason facing problem.
If the coverage is perfect then all you need to do is contact the agent here: https://giffgaff.com/support/ask

Cheers!

1. Turning your phone off, then wait five minutes, then turn your phone back on again, then wait five more minutes and try using it as normal
2. A manual roam - there's a handy guide for this at http://is.gd/manualroam
If I helped click ''solutions and kudos'' thanks.
