I have a business contract with o2 and this 75£ compo is utter tripe, i spoke with o2 several times yesterday and it was not even mentioned! how can a global conglomerate offer any level of compensation when they cant be 100% sure when the infrastructure is going to be back to being fully operational !? or theyd be out of business very soon offering £75 each and every day to each and every customer!
I actually think if they were to give us all a free goodybag , equivlant to the 1 we purchase each month then that should be enough . End of the day, technology doee fail but i have read in an earlier post from someone at GiffGaff that in the terms & conditions it does state that although they will try to keep us connected they cannot say that will always be the case . Small print guys, that changes everything !
Exactly @nicola4473, its the same debarcle of those complaining they have lost work/earnings because of this ongoing issue, what they are failing to realise is that GG could in fact turn the tables in this instance and say well you have breached the T&Cs because GG is not meant to be used for business/commercial purposes!
