Over 18 access lost again!

Any ideas why the over 18 access keeps disappearing? This will be the third or fourth time I've had to put in my passport number now.

Hi, normally when that happens you just need to restart your phone and it will work again

Cheers, I've given that a go. Just had a message saying my age was confirmed and it's still booted me straight back to the giffgaff message about needing access. Hopefully it'll be sorted.

Sorry, one of the authorisation servers fell over yesterday and inputting your detils agin yourself will probably only effect a temporary fix.
