im currently on the £10 sim deal and noticed I’ve been being charged £30 a month does anyone know why this could be ?

Can you check if you're actually using airtime credit and not a goodybag?

Dial *100*7# on your device. Does it say you have minutes remaining? If not, you are using auto top-up, not a goodybag recur.

Take a look at your dashboard here https://giffgaff.com/dashboard

Can you see an active goodybag, any queued goodybags and/or a credit balance?

It's likely you've made multiple purchases totalling £30.

If been overcharged on a goodybag or credit have not requested then can request a refund >> https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Top-up-balances-and-goodybags/Credit-debit-card-or-PayPal-over...

 

If have recurring goodybag on or auto top up credit then on recurring goodybag this adds to account auto when current goodybag expires and auto top up credit adds credit auto when credit fulls below £3.

 

Can turn on/off any of these auto adds from >> https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details
