I've been trying to get a PAC code from T-Mobile, however it seems that when using their customer service number you have to pay to speak to an operator to get it. Unfortunatly I no longer have any tmobile credit, and begrudge paying them whatever the minimum top-up is to change networks. My local T-mobile store has literaly just shut down. Without finding another one is there another way of getting it? Thanks in advance

There should be a number you can call from a landline. Or try emailing them?

I believe 0845 412 5000 is their U.K landline number. Should be free.

0845 isnt free from any phone

Its local rate from a landline, or 20p/min from giffgaff
