I am leaving giffgaff and have a PAC code from GiffGaff available until next month however my new provider has said the PAC code is not allowing access and I need to request a new one.

Signing back into giffgaff they have removed the option  to request a new PAC and no  longer show my SIM at all. I’m’m gutted as I really need to keep my number!!

Hi there @megnelz

You can contact an agent by using this link below, as they are the only ones that can access your account, but please try to exhaust all channels within the site and community for help before doing so as contacting agents for unnecessary reasons can slow down replies to other genuine problems.
https://giffgaff.com/support/ask

Please be aware that agents can take up to 24 hours to get back to you so please try to be patient.
If your struggling to contact an agent with a particular query please contact an Educator.http://goo.gl/UldsF

In order to make it easy for you to identify when to ask an agent,listed in the link below are some different reasons you could have to contact them, with the relevant categories to use (and a direct link to the right place).

@megnelz

What date did you request the first PAC?

Are you sure you're logging into the correct account?

Have you recently reported your SIM lost or stolen?

I do not work for giffgaff, so cannot check anything on your account. This is a public community - please do not post any personal info.

@megnelz

When did you request the PAC code? if it's been more than 30 days then your PAC code will have expired. You will be required to request a new PAC code.

You can dial 43431 and follow the Instructions to get your PAC code or you can request it online here http://giffgaff.com/help/pac-code-request

If your having issues requesting the PAC code ask a agent to investigate. To contact an agent follow this https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/Number-transfers/Getting-a-PAC/form/ link , giffgaff agents may take up to 24 hours to reply to any posted questions.

Agent replies can be found here https://giffgaff.com/support/questions

If your question isn't answered after 24 hours then contact a educator. Please follow this https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Community-information/How-do-I-contact-a-giffgaff-Educator/ta-p/40... knowledge base link on how to contact a giffgaff Educator

Hello, I had not reported the sim lost of stolen.
I only have one account so it is the right account.

I requested the PAC on the 22nd Nov and it said I had until 21st December on the text to use it.

it might be that the process of transferring the number to your new supplier has either failed if you have more than one account you have signed into the wrong account. if its the former contact an agent via this link https://giffgaff.com/support/ask give them as much information as possible, they will take upto 24 hours tro respond.

Is your giffgaff SIM working OK in your phone?

Can you call all of these numbers?
