If you wish to leave giffgaff and move your number to another service provider, you need to request a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) from giffgaff. You can get a PAC at https://giffgaff.com/support/pac-code-request or by calling 4341 from your giffgaff handset and following the instructions.
Your PAC will be sent to you along with its expiry date by SMS within minutes. It will also be displayed on your giffgaff dashboard at https://giffgaff.com/dashboard . The PAC is valid for 30 days, after which it expires and you have to request a new one if you still wish to leave giffgaff. When your number is moved to a different network, you will lose any remaining giffgaff airtime credit, goodybag allowances, and payback points you've accumulated.
If you simply want a PUK (personal unlocking key) to unblock a blocked SIM after entering an incorrect PIN, go to https://giffgaff.com/support/puk to get one.
