Do mean PAC Code? If you are leaving giffgaff for another mobile provider, you'll probably want to keep your phone number. To transfer your number, you will need to give a Porting Authorisation Code(PAC code) to your new network.

You can ask for your PAC code online here. Or you can dial 43431 free from your phone and follow the instructions.

Once you've requested your PAC it will sent to you along with its expiry date by SMS within minutes. To see your PAC instantly, go to your My giffgaff dashboard here and look under your mobile number.

You'll need to give the PAC to your new network within 30 days and they will advise you of the likely transfer date.

As the transfer day approaches, don't forget to cancel any recurring goodybag settings or automated top-ups and remove your payment-card details from your payment details page here to avoid any future charges.

All best with your new network provider.

Do you mean a PAC code? If you are leaving Giffgaff & need your PAC code this information will help you.
Go to and
Cancel / turn off any auto top up
Cancel / turn off any recurring goodybag
Remove your credit / debit card details
Scroll down and ensure you save the changes
Log out and back in to ensure the changes are saved.
You could also remove/edit personal details here
Your SIM will still stay active for 6 months before being deactivated.
If you take your number to a new network then you'll need a PAC code
There are two ways to get the PAC code
1. Dial 43431
2. Click here
Your PAC code will arrive as a SMS within 2 WORKING HOURS (Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8AM and 4PM),it will also be visible on your dashboard
Your PAC code is valid for 30 days
