Re: Payback not showing

I've had 3 friends join recently, one last month and 2 this month during double payback. But on my account it's showing 0 points and not saying about the people who have registered. I have emails to say they've registered and I've earnt points but nothing showing on my dashboard. Any ideas why?

Don't worry any payback points earned each month are applied to accounts around the 5th working day of the following month and then can be claimed in the payback period of JUNE or DECEMBER as cash(Paypal £10 minimum required), airtime credit or you can chose to donate to charity.

Your payback points for April should not be showing yet.

The timetable for processing April payback is stated at https://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Announcements/April-2017-Payback-Calculations/td-p/20252820 where the predicted date is 8th May (it currently says April, but it means May). Keep an eye on that thread as that's only a prediction.

Similarly, your May recruits should show by mid June. Watch out for a similar thread with more details.

Don't worry it will update your payback for last month later this week or next week as updates on 5th working day.
Your have to wait till next month for the friends that joined this month

payback should show in your account around 5th of month following activation
payback will show as points which will next be redeemable in december either as airtime credit or cash to a paypal account

Hi, the payback points for the SIM that activated in April will update around the 5th of May and the other 2 SIMs will update around the 5th of June just in time for the June pay out

the one last month will show on your giffgaff profile at the end of this week and the others will show next month after the 5th. You will get this as point and then can claim it as cash to your paypal at the end of may
