Payment taken twice

Hi

I purchased my goody bag again this morning and since checking my account tonight have found my payment has been taken twice. How do I go about getting a refund?

The agents can refund

Go to your My giffgaff page and you'll find the "Ask an Agent" link half way down the left hand side. This is where you will also see when an agent has replied to you. Here's a link

Contact an agent as they are the only ones who can issue you your rightful refund mate

First of all check you haven't added both top up credit and a goodybag, if both were selected when processing your basket they will both be charged. Also check if you have accidentally ordered a queued goodybag, which is charged in advance.

 

Failing that ask an agent -

If you have two goodybags queued, dont worry, you'll have a free one for next month or contact an agent if you need a refund
