I have made 3 payments of £10 to giff gaff on the 2nd 7th and 14th of January today I made another payment of £10 thats £40 in 19 days I have been with Giff Gaff for 6 years I have my goodybag on auto top up will someone tell me wher I am going wrong please

it sounds like you have been paying for your phone usage with airtime credit,? did you buy a goodybag?

auto top up is credit

goodybags should be set to recurring @mgreen12 and auto top up switched off

I have switched off auto top up and put reoccurring goody bag on as you suggested I hope that works and thank you for your prompt reply
