I have just noticed that £25 as been taken out of my account by Giff Gaff without me aware of. I have never purchased had a balance of £25 and never purchased any credit or goody bag to that amount. I can not find it however on my payment history.

 

What do I do

If it is not on your payment history and you only have one account with giffgaff it sounds like your payment card has been compromised and you should contact your bank immediately.

 

If the fraud was not due to negligence then they are legally bound to refund you.

Can you check in your order history it will tell you all payments taken and state goodybag or topup, https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details

 

When you have that imformation if you think it is wrong then please contact agents
