I put £10.00 credit on my new sim and only made 1 phone call to a local number for 7 minutes. I received a message stating that I had no credit left. I am amazed that a call can cost £10.00. Is this normal.?
Hello it sounds like you added credit but did not turn data off on your phone so your apps would already started eating into your credit ,
if you want data on you really need a goodybag to stop this happening ,
you need contact agents to check where credit went
