Phone delivery.

I just bought a phone from giffgaff yesterday. This morning I received an email saying that my phone has left the building and is on it’s way, and that I can track my delivery when I click here’. However, when I do so it shows that no results are found and I found out that the number they gave me to track my order does not exist. Is this normal? Because I am wondering what time approximately I’ll get the delivery so I could plan my day and, of course, if everything is fine with my purchase.

Hi

Just ask the agent as they will have the correct information.

Or call the delivery company has they system might not be updated.

If you order before 10pm it should be next day
( it can take upto late evening for the phone to arrive)

Please note NO DELIVERIES over the weekend or public holidays

Phone Delivery 📦
If you order
Between 19:01 Sunday and 22:00 Monday = Tuesday
Between 22:01 Monday and 22:00 Tuesday = Wednesday
Between 22:01 Tuesday and 22:00 Wednesday =  Thursday
Between 22:01 Wednesday and 22:00 Thursday = Friday
Between 22:01 Thursday and 19:00 Sunday =  Monday

Yesterday I ordered a phone from giffgaff around 8pm. It should arrive today but it is 5.30pm, so does anybody know why I am still not receiving it ? Or do they deliver even after 6pm.

Did you pay outright or apply for a loan?

 

Did you receive an email last night saying it had been dispatched and giving UK Mail tracking details?
