I just bought a phone from giffgaff yesterday. This morning I received an email saying that my phone has left the building and is on it’s way, and that I can track my delivery when I click here’. However, when I do so it shows that no results are found and I found out that the number they gave me to track my order does not exist. Is this normal? Because I am wondering what time approximately I’ll get the delivery so I could plan my day and, of course, if everything is fine with my purchase.
