What is the EXACT reply when you dial *100*7#. Please QUOTE the reply here...

If nothing is shown on your online dashboard, then likely you are logging into the wrong account. Can you try a different computer web browser to be sure. Log in with your MOBILE NUMBER, and not your username to be sure.

Please answer the following, as your reply is not clear...

- Does your giffgaff SIM work for calls / texts in another unlocked phone? YES / NO

- Does your phone work for calls / tests with a different SIM? YES / NO

Hi I bought iPhone 5s in December 2015 from giffhaff, due to several attempts of password, it has disabled, I forgot its Apple ID, how can I unlock it now.
