Phone disabled

My phone has just disabled I had an active goody bag and it just won't let me use in or out calls?

- Log out: https://giffgaff.com/auth/logout
- When you log back in, use your MOBILE NUMBER instead of the username

Is the goodybag then shown on your dashboard? YES / NO


If still no luck with making calls:

- Test the giffgaff SIM in another unlocked phone? Ask a friend or local phone shop.
- Also test different known working SIMs in the Nokia, can any of them get signal and working calls / texts?

A few things to try / check:

- Can you reboot the phone to rule out temporary issue

- Do you have any signal bars?

- Dial *100*7# for your goodybag balance, and quote the reply here

- Is the goodybag also shown here: https://giffgaff.com/dashboard

- Your goodybag minutes are only for standard UK landlines and mobiles. Make sure you are calling these number types when testing

I can check the goody bag credit dialling that number but it says on dashboard I have no active goody bag and phone doesn't even ring out or in still

Hi I bought the phone pay as u go cheap Nokia less than 2 weeks ago all was on and fine with this phone and sim

Can you text NAME to 43430 for free and wait a few minutes for a reply. You will get the correct username associated with your SIM card.

Is the reply 'ryanmurph88' or something else?

Then:
- Log out: https://giffgaff.com/auth/logout
- When you log back in, input the correct username, or simply use your MOBILE NUMBER instead of the username

Please do this on a computer and not an app as it can be buggy.

Can you send texts to mobile numbers?

Shows no goody bag on dashboard but wen u dial goodybag line it shows it has I've tried in dIff phone and phone with diff sim too
