Hi I purchased iphone 6s on the 05/03/18 I'm having a few issues past 3/4 days it turns off and on and since this morning it won't turn on.

See this offical Apple guide if the phone won't turn on. If that hasn't helped you can send the phone back to the giffgaff network for a repair by following the steps in this knowledge base link.

Pre-owned iphones have a 6 month warranty as such, if your iphone was pre-owned then I'm afraid it is now out of warranty.

A refurbished iphone comes with a 12 month giffgaff warranty, you'll need to return it to giffgaff for repair.


If the Iphone was new then you have a 12 month Apple warranty and as such you can visit an apple store for warranty repair work

If the phone was bought new @coconutdead then you'll get a 1 year warranty with the phone, see more here on giffgaff's handset warranties.
