Phone still shows new number

I recieved a sim from giff gaff activated it and then got pak code for my old number, but when i ring people the giff gaff number shows on their phone and it shows as my number on my phone, but if people ring it, there is no such number. Any suggestions please?

If it is a split port you need to contact an agent, they will escalate the split port to the technical team. The technical team can take upto five working days to fix the issue usually quicker.

Which number is displayed on your 'my giffgaff' page? Andy when did the transfer take place?

Have you completed the port-in form? I made a similar mistake when I was new, and thought my number had ported in when it hadn't. I got the day wrong, so everyone was like "who's this"

when was the transfer? if its today wait a little more time for it to complete

When did you ask for the number to be ported it can take 24hrs to fully complete.

 

If you check your my giffgaff page your old number should appear there when complete.

You just need to change it manually yourself.

Have you ported your number of so maybe port not fully complete give it some more time.
