Hi , I'm trying to buy a phone I have been approved from ratesetter but when I'm trying to buy the goodie bag it's either saying card declined now it's saying enter the correct Sec. Code etc don't know what's going on help please

@monu113, hi there, please try using a different browser and empty cache then try again, if still having problems contact an agent as they might of flagged the card for security precautions
Agents can take upto 24 hours to reply but are normally quite quick.

Sometimes credit/debit card payment can be related to the browser. I suggest you start by clearing your browser cache and history or use another browser e.g Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox etc. And also see this guide on resolving majority of credit/debit card details.
