Last month when I top up my account I have set up a auto top up so that I don't have to do it every month but I received a message that my auto top up is cancelled and check my account information. So I top up my account manually after sometime I received a message that my account is credited by auto top up and surprisingly both top ups were of £10 and my account balance was £19.89 I didn't mind but today in less than 30 hours my account balance is 0 yes zero why I don't know please check my account and give me the reason why and how this has happened.
call 43430 and choose option 2 (buy a goodybag) and listen to your up to date balances. (you dont have to buy a goodybag choosing option 2)
What does it say ?
Do you have two accounts? you may have topped up another account.
To find the membername that you will need to log into your original account you need to text the word MEMBER to 43430 and wait for a reply text, then use that membername to log in.
if you forgot the password for that account then reset it by going here......

And look at what you have purchased in your account.
If you cant see the £20 top up then you have two accounts and have topped up another different account.
