Please check my account balance

Hello there. Last month when I top up my account I have set up a auto top up so that I don't have to do it every month but I received a message that my auto top up is cancelled and check my account information. So I top up my account manually after sometime I received a message that my account is credited by auto top up and surprisingly both top ups were of £10 and my account balance was £19.89 I didn't mind but today in less than 30 hours my account balance is 0 yes zero why I don't know please check my account and give me the reason why and how this has happened.

I have £20 balance in my account yesterday but now it's gone??? How I don't know please tell me how that have happened? Call me it will be appreciated.  Thanks

call 43430 and choose option 2 (buy a goodybag) and listen to your up to date balances. (you dont have to buy a goodybag choosing option 2)

I know I have 0 balance and I like to know how is it possible when I top up my account yesterday by £20

Do you have two accounts? you may have topped up another account.

To find the membername that you will need to log into your original account you need to text the word MEMBER to 43430 and wait for a reply text, then use that membername to log in.

 

if you forgot the password for that account then reset it by going here......

Once you are that account Please click this link and scroll down to order history.... https://giffgaff.com/profile/payment-details

And look at what you have purchased in your account.

 

If you cant see the £20 top up then you have two accounts and have topped up another different account.

If you left mobile data running then your balance was used up updating apps in the background.

I have only 1 account and I have checked my account balance history it shows that I have purchased 2 credits of £10 yesterday but now my account balance is 0 zero why and how I don't know. Please call me

No I don't use my data outside and also I have checked its not in the queue for next month??
Im using Giffgaff for the last 6 months and never finished my data so how come it finished this time in a day or two??

Just to clarify you toped up your airtime credit twice yesterday, each time £10 and now your balance is zero?
Do you have any subscriptions, if you had no credit they wait until you do and immediately take there money.
Have any of your apps updated using data, some can consume a large amount which can be costly.
Giffgaff is all online so no one will ring you sorry.
