I have wrote these to an agent and no response

I have tried to do a SIM swap but its saying that my previous SIM has been blocked by who?? When was this done? 
I dont kniw wjat to do as i want to keep my number and want my 20 goodbag that has seem to have dissapeard i have just bought a giffgaff sin from my.local shop so i can do.a SIM.swap. No one is responding to me and ive been without a phome for ove r24 hours its a joke

I am still not able to use my sim also my goodbag is sayimg still not active. I am going to do a SIM swap but will you still be able to give me £20 goodbag

Hi yesterday my apple iPhone 5 started to play up. Then all of a sudden o cannot make calls use the internet or make e tect i cannot receive them either. I bought a goodbag on 15th Dec 18. And its come out of my bank and its under purchase history on my Giffgaff account. Although on the dashboard it says I have no credit or goodbag active. Do i need to order a replacemrnt sim card? And what about my credit 20 thats just all of a sudden vanished. It's seems very strange lile my phone has been hacked or something please help

Hi there agent can take up to 24 hrs to reply ...did u for any reason report ur sim lost/stolen

Can you call 443 but not 43430?

No i have not reported anythinh my phone stopped working then i waited until today went to do a SIM swap then it tells me This cant be done as i have on its way as my sim was blocked

Are you sure you are logged into the correct account for your SIM, and are you sure you have not reported the SIM lost via the website because if you did, then a SIM swap will not work.
