OK so I joined giffgaff on 5th may. I had recently moved to an area with a very poor almost non existent signal on my 3 sim. So I decided to try giffgaff. At first I had a great signal, I was getting 3 bars almost constant it never dropped below 2 bars.

Then came Saturday. And since then I've had constant signal problems, it's as bad as 3... It comes and goes, all day Saturday I had 0 bars n my mobile data was sooo slow. Then Sunday it went back to normal (3 bars).. But today (monday) it's back to 0 bars.
I've done the manual roam, I've taken the sim out and switched the phone off. I've tried everything I possibly can. 02 says there's no problems in the area. So does giffgaff.
I feel like I've been robbed by giffgaff, somehow tricked into buying the goodybags with the premise of a decent reliable signal only for a few days later for it to become as poor as the network I was previously on.

Hi there

Sorry your having these problems have your tried to check if there are any network outages in the area you are in: go to link to check if there is poor network in your area.
http://giff.ly/ggservice

If the network is fine then try turning your phone off, waiting 5 mins and turn it back on,

Also try doing a manual roam to see if that helps

furthermore try turning air-plane/flight mode on and then back off.

Also try resetting your network settings you will find this option in setting > networks

to contact a giffgaff agent about this issue , To contact an agent follow this link https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/call , giffgaff agents may take up to 24hours to reply
