Pre owned iphone 6s

Hello,i recently bought a iphone 6s pre owned,about 2 weeks ago.but suddenly the battery life has went bad,its dieing a lot faster on me,my battery peak said it is at 90%.im just wondering can i get a replacement with my 6 month warranty or not? Thankyou

Hi @manus1 Battery life isn’t covered under the warranty terms unless you took out say AppleCare+ but you have 21days to return your phone if you are not happy with it so check when exactly you bought it and works out if you can return it. 

 

You will then need to raise a ticket with the agents
 
 
Give the agents enough information in the box to avoid any delays. They will respond within 24hrs.

Hi @manus1  If you have another spare iPhone charger laying around try that. If still no joy then you can simply return the phone back to giffgaff for replacement within the first 30 days. Hello, if your ios version is 11.4 or older.I suggest you update it to 11.4.1 to see if it helps.
