Probelm with service

For the past month, my phone has not been connected with the service so I can't call or message anyone and they can't to me and I cannot use my mobile data. Is there any way I could solve this problem?

@georgeiordanidis Have  you checked for any networking issues near you via here services

or switch on and off your airplane flight mode a few times to refresh your network again  

 

Or try a soft reset by holding down the power button and up and down volume button at same time until phone reboots its self and see if works then 

 

If still have  issues after that inquire with the agents click on calls texts and data issues then use the how can we help box and explain the problem contact the agents

It might be an idea to check your service status.

Also reboot your phone to see if that helps.

@georgeiordanidis Hi, Assuming that you have tried the basics with your handset like checking the sim card is properly positioned and tried turning it off and back on.

I suppose you should check out the service in your locality

That is the first thing then if your service reports OK then you can go on to more involved methods like a manual roam.

Also it's worth checking that the sim is still active, which would not be the case if you had not used the account for six months.

 • I would also try taking out your sim out and trying it in a friend / family members phone that is unlocked and working to establish weather or not it is the sim
