Check to see if there are any outages in the mobile network where you are: http://giff.ly/ggservice

If that's okay then try turning your phone off, waiting 5 minutes and then turn it back on (to force it to reconnect to the mobile network).

If still no joy, see if doing a manual roam helps: http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Learn-giffgaff-Top-Tips/manual-roam/m-p/3345471#M32502

Giffgaff internet settings:

APN: "giffgaff.com"

Good luck. Smiley Happy

I had the same problem but when I called Apple Support and we tried a number of things - what fixed it was the plastic over the speaker hole.  took it off and voila!  Someone else did the same fix - don't discount it.  At least try.

Is this the same for all callers and for calls that you make too?
