Problem with details on the dashboard/my giffgaff

I am having some problems with the dashboard/my giffgaff bit on the website and on the app on my phone.

As you can see there is saying I have no credit(I infact have £4.75) and it shows me not having a goodybag(I have the £10 one valid until 10 March) and also my number is wrong. Could this be because I had to get my old number ported over or is it just a problem with my account? I have tried on IE, FF and Chrome and all show the same thing. It also shows the same thing on the app on my iPhone 4s.

There are some Goodybag problems. It will sort itself out once the script finishes to run.

Its not your account problem. Its a GG system problem. Don;t worry

try clearing your recent internet history in your browser settings then try again

there must be something wrong with webasite but you DO have credit (if you've topped up)

Has this been going on a while or did it just start happening?
Problems like this often go away on their own given enough time.

Please remove the image as it show your telephone number. This is very irresponsible and could leave you open to scamming, or other such fraudulent acts. You can edit your post by going to options with your post. Thanks.

Website 'glitch'. Seen it many time on my account page. It sorts itself out ok. Just check your balance by dialling *100#

 

Edit:  got the * and # crossed over....!

The problem has been happening since I got my number ported on Monday (13-2-12)

That isnt my number, it was the number on this sim but now my old number has been ported over.
