I have brought my number over from Vodafone. I received an email yesterday from GiffGaff confirming the porting over has been successful, however I am unable to make or receive calls and text. I have restarted my phone several times and even removed the sim and put it back in again. I am now without a working line. Please help.
@msdiv58 is phone unlocked or on the 02 network if not it won't accept the giffgaff SIM
If it's and unlocked I phone try switching of them on your I messages wait until full loads when completes do same with face time settings when all completes restart phone to sync SIM and number with your I tunes account again this is often needed with unlocked I phones when changing networks over
If not and I phone please inquire with agents click nearest topic to transfers use box provided and explain given network transferred from the mobile number asked to keep the date and Pac code used plus your full name and address
