I have brought my number over from Vodafone. I received an email yesterday from GiffGaff confirming the porting over has been successful, however I am unable to make or receive calls and text. I have restarted my phone several times and even removed the sim and put it back in again. I am now without a working line. Please help.

@msdiv58  is phone  unlocked or on the 02 network if not it won't accept the giffgaff SIM

If it's and unlocked I phone try switching of them on your I messages wait until full loads when completes do same with face time settings when all completes restart phone to sync SIM and number with your I tunes account again this is often needed with unlocked I phones when changing networks over

If not and I phone please inquire with agents click nearest topic to transfers use box provided and explain given network transferred from the mobile number asked to keep the date and Pac code used plus your full name and address

contact the agents

remember allow from a few hours up to a maximum time of 24hrs for agents replies which will show here when logged into your account

If still not done after 24 hours
Click, here for assistance often reply within 4 hours most cases but can take up to 24 hours in busy periods. They do work 7 days a week from 8am to 11pm.
Find agents reply here "Messages: From Agents" which is half way down the right hand side of your "My Giffgaff" page
Or via this link
