Hi @karenwhite Try again using a different browser or device. Also this time of night is a busy period for payment processing so if you are not desperate leave till the morning and try again.

1) Clear your browser cache cookies history with the current browser your using or use another browser. There are many other browsers on the market e.g Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera etc.
