Purchased goodybag at same time

Hi , I just purchased 10 pounds goodybag which start from 5th of Sep, but I wanna change it to 15 pounds plan, so I accidentally purchased it again! I check the giffgaff apps that shows my current 10 pounds offer from 5th of Sep, but my next 15 pounds goodybag will start on 6th of Sep! Does it mean that I waste my 10pounds offer goodybag? I just purchased it ! Omg thanks for your helps :-)

Yes you have purchased a £10 goodybag which will run until then or until you have 5 mins or 5mb remaining when you can then start your next goodybag. You could always try speaking to an agent to see if they could refund you and then you could swap over to the £15 one.

You can cancel the goodybag that is queued to start:

Check order history to see what has been purchased:

Check correct balances from your phone by keying in *100# (for airtime credit) or *100*7# (for goodybags).

Do not worry, nothing goes in waste.

Just get in touch with an agent and they'll cancel/refund the £10 goodybag and also the £15 goodybag.

Once they do that you can get the £15 goodybag and use it immediately.
