Shouldn't they ask me to see if my issue has been sorted. I've been without a phone for 2 weeks now because

 

1) I recieved a faulty SIM

2)IMy Sim is still Barred and they were 'manually lifting it'

 

My SIM is still barred so surely the question isn't 'solved'

If your onner bout the agents marking it solved when it isnt reply again and this will reopen the case. Ihope thats what you meant.

All emails replied by agents are marked as solved its always has been case mate...

when you get a reply from agent saying solved it just means they have looked at your query
