Hello I keep receiving emails about my internet usage data.in the last it say they will stop me from purchasing unlimited goodybags.my usage its normally I dont know why its happening I dont think I disturb other network custumer with my usage.

Hi

There is currently no FUP

However giffgaff has introduced a "congestion management policy "where members who use a large amount of data during peak times that impacts on other users will be emailed and asked to change their behaviour

If they fail to change their behaviour they will be prevented from buying another unlimited data goodybag

You can't tether with an unlimited goodybag you can with a limited one

try cutting down on downloads an streamin videos with the new data management system if your over using an ignore warnings giffgaff will stop the purchase of unlimited bags sorry

Thx guys I know the rules and I am not tethering. Its normal usage ok maybe a little more on the nights but if they stop my purchasing unlimited data I will find another network. Thx all for your suggestions and support.
