Hi @kujtime

Sorry to hear that your having issues using your giffgaff phone in Eastbourne Smiley Sad

I've had a little look at the giffgaff network status and it does appear as if there is a problem with your local mast (check shown below):

This would certainly explain the issues that you are having.

It may be best for your to change your network mode to 2G / GSM (much stronger signal) where you may be able to latch onto a slightly further away mast that is working but it may allow you to at least access calls & texts at the moment.

As this has been ongoing for a few days already you can also ask a giffgaff agent if they can seek an update from O2 on when the mast issue is going to be rectified (or an estimate) by using the following link: https://giffgaff.com/support/ask/call

Please note that agents can take up to 24 hours to respond to enquiries but usually they are a lot quicker than this. New messages from agents can be viewed and responded to from here: https://giffgaff.com/support/questions

Please do keep restarting your handset every few hours to see if the mast fault has been resolved.

Hope this helps. If you need any further help or assistance please don't hesitate to reply to this message.

Paul.
