Refreshing balance

I have checked my bank and the money came out for the goody bag on 17.10.15. However, my balance on my phone is still the same as it was before. Why has it not refreshed??

Hi goodybags and airtime credit are 2 different things, so when you add a goodybag your credit will stay as it was.

To check remaining goodybag minutes call *100*7# and to check credit call *100#

Because the payment for your goodybag was taken from your bank balance and not your airtime balance. When renewing next time, use the exchange airtime option for your goodybag purchase, if the credit matches the product price. Or you have queued your next goodybag.

No because I still have my goody bag till end of the month I just toped up and it's nt give me anything
