Refund on goodybag

Please can someone help me? I am in France for 3 months and will not be returning to the UK which I stated on my last post asking for help. This month £25 was taken out of my account even though the SIM card is not active and it doesn’t even work in france, I have cancelled my card from my profile so no more can be taken out but I need a refund on this £25 that has just been taken for nothing and possibly the half of last month where I was just cut off because I was out of the uk for more that a week. Thank you

A refund to a bank / credit card will take up to 5 banking days (1 week) to reach a UK account, longer to accounts registered elsewhere.

If you left the network without turning off recur on your goodybag you effectively left giffgaff permission to withdraw the money. @figment_uk has given you the direction to go, and it should be credited to your account

Yu can ask a agent for a refund but not sure if you will get it or not but you don't know till you try
