I contacted you recently about an incident where I topped up twice by accident and you replied with the response your happy to refund the £10 on to card I have not received the refund as of yet on to the card which is on my account. Hi. You need to update the post to the agent and ask for an update. You should get a reply before Xmas. It will take a while for the credit to show on your card account a couple of days or so, it won't be instant.
