I contacted you recently about an incident where I topped up twice by accident and you replied with the response your happy to refund the £10 on to card I have not received the refund as of yet on to the card which is on my account. Please could you inform me if you are going to refund still. Kind regards

Hi. You need to update the post to the agent and ask for an update. You should get a reply before Xmas. It will take a while for the credit to show on your card account a couple of days or so, it won't be instant.

Hi, you need to ask the agents about refunds. If your original request is still open use that to ask them what's happening.
