What's the chances of giff gaff refunding the calls made on my landline as mobile not working ?? Maybe they ll refund all of us and give us all a free goody bag. I understand its a error however not the first and probably not the last.

sorry mate, GiffGaff will not provide a refund, even if you purchased anything in error. Try contacting an agent but you wont get far...

I think its unlikely there'll be any refunds or compensation as it doesn't usually happen.

Come on please.

They are only responsible if they have been negligent.  This is just an unfortunate failure that was probably unavoidable so there is no question of claiming any refunds.

It's a shame that we have evolved into an intolerant, blame and compensation driven society.
