Renewed goodybag Last Night and now no Data

My Goodybag renewed at midnight the increase in data is not showing on my account. Any ideas?

Where are you seeing this? If you are looking at the app, this can be unreliable. Try using a standard Web browser to access the main giffgaff website here:

Alternatively, call the top-up line 43430, press 2, and listen to the announcement, which will tell you all the details about your goodybag and airtime credit.

 

If that shows that something is wrong, contact an agent and ask them to investigate, using the form here:
