I have a iPhone 6s Plus, when first coming to GiffGaff, my mother got me an iPhone 6 I paid that off in 2017 on my other account, I then made a new account to get my own contract and this contract is due to be paid off in the next month or so, when looking on my repayments it tells me it’s paid off and my last payment was 2017 (which is my iPhone 6) as I got the 6s plus in 2017. Just wondering why it is linking both of these loan repayments when they are on different accounts and how can I find out when my loan finishes. TIA.

@courtneydavies97 hi there - The loan can be managed from your "My Giffgaff" page here http://www.giffgaff.com/dashboard Once you’re in there, click on "My loans" to access your loan dashboard.

From your loan dashboard you can:
-> Check your outstanding loan amount
-> Make additional loan repayments
-> Increase your monthly instalments
-> Repay your loan off in full

If you require more details on your loan you can contact the RateSetter(loan provider) to get more details:
You can contact them on 020 3142 6226
Monday - Friday : 8:00am - 7pm

Thank you!! I have tried this but it is showing me my iPhone 6s and then when I’m clicking on it it says loan fully repaid but then when I click on details it’s the details of my iPhone 6. Maybe I just need to call Ratesetter and see what they say.

Did you use the same email address on both accounts.

Not as I remember I’m sure they are on different emails. But I will give ratesetter a call and see what they say.

I would like to see my repayments, but I do not have nothing like that when I go to loan dashboard..
There are other options ..
