Replacement simcard lost!

Hello 

 

I haven’t received my replacement simcard and I need to order it again but I can’t find a link for it!anybody help?!

If you have reported your SIM Lost/stolen a replacement SIM will be sent out first class to the address found under your details page here http://www.giffgaff.com/profile/details .

If you don't receive the replacement SIM after a week i suggest you ask a agent to investigate. To contact a giffgaff agent please follow this https://support2.giffgaff.com/app/ask/SIM-and-number/Replacement-SIM-not-received/form link

please note giffgaff agents usually reply in a couple of hours but can take up to 24 hours.
